What is Calteq Lines?
Calteq Lines is the latest service available to customers in the UK and comprises the best services via BT Openreach with the competitive pricing offered by Calteq as an authorised communications provider. The Customer no longer has to accept one bill for calls and another for line rental, they can now be combined on a single bill for ease of management and an overall cost reduction. Calteq is proud to be able to offer Wholesale Line Rental Three (WLR3) as part of this product. This further enhancement to the existing WLR2 service is currently only available to a limited number of Service Providers and offers the following benefits to you the Customer.
- Reduced order rejections offering quicker provisioning for orders.
- All details associated with a line are known prior to transfer thus allowing redundant services to be removed.
- Unlike other services WLR3 allows the transfer of short duration and temporary lines once offered exclusively via BT Retail direct.
- The ability to see what line plant services are available from the local exchange to the customers' premises thereby allowing forward planning for additional services.
- Stopped lines can be viewed and re-activated thus dramatically reducing the delivery times.
- Option to choose from up to 580 available new telephone numbers online.
- Access to the BT Openreach appointment diary thereby offering greater flexibility and control when booking engineer visits.
