Our open-ended contracts have a 30-day rolling term – so you don’t have to wait for months before you can change or cancel a contract. If a team member leaves we simply terminate the contract. You don’t pay for a minute more than you use.
To give you the best possible value, we offer hardware separately from our contracts. So if you already own the phone, all you pay for is the line. Our Calteq Mobile YourZone portal enables you to set up alerts that will send you a message when values such as data usage and inclusive minutes are exceeded. You can also set up alerts for phone misuse ie calls to costly premium numbers or excessive personal calls – a feature which has already saved our customers tens of thousands of pounds.
On top of the tangible savings on your hardware and contracts, we also offer integrated, customized billing to streamline your admin – so whether you have 10 or 1000 lines with us on multiple networks, you get just one bill. We can even customise the bill to fit in with your accounting software.
Our Calteq Mobile tariffs can be changed instantly to accommodate exceptional usage such as international roaming or a spike in data. But unlike the major carriers, once you’ve enjoyed the benefit of the new tariff, we will proactively move you back to the cheaper tariff. Simply let us know where you’re going and when you’ll be back. We’ll find you the best tariff, and when you’re home, we’ll switch the tariff back again.
